Groups are run by our expert clinicians who have over 45+ years of experience treating Anxiety and OCD in youth and adults. With our customizable treatment options, including virtual meetings, groups can greatly enhance your family’s ability to heal.
OCD/Anxiety & Parenting Groups
OCD Group
OCD groups are a great way to broaden your support system as you meet with clinicians and others who either live with OCD or support someone through the process. Group is a great option for those in IOP or outpatient programs.
Individual Group
Our individual group offers you help, support, education, and a continued recovery process as you learn new techniques and skills that will help you feel empowered as you live with OCD. Individual group is not considered one-on-one therapy nor is it used for diagnosis.
Family/Support Group
Having a loved one with OCD is really difficult, our support person group will connect you with other people in similar situations. Learn more about how to combat OCD and support your loved ones. This group is perfect for parents, spouses or partners, and children.
S.P.A.C.E. Parenting
Struggling with an anxious child and unsure of what to do? S.P.A.C.E. parenting program is specifically designed to help you learn to parent your anxious child.
S.P.A.C.E. stands for Supportive Parenting for Anxious Children and was created by Eli Lebowitz of the Yale Child Study Center. This treatment program is proven to reduce child anxiety and caregiver distress by intervening on caregivers alone.
S.P.A.C.E. is an 8 week therapy group for parents and caregivers of youth under age 18. he program can also be added to our IOP or outpatient treatment options. This is a great opportunity for parents to learn how to help their child with their anxious feelings, and receive support themselves. The class is designed for both parents as we will cover anxiety and how to stop accommodating and start empowering your child.
