Frequently Asked Questions

If you have any other questions, please contact us and we’ll be happy to answer them.

What services do you provide?

We provide treatment plans and programs for individuals struggling with anxiety and OCD. These program options include outpatient programs, as-needed care, and group classes. You can learn more about the services we provide here

What is an outpatient program?

An outpatient program takes place in a non-residential setting, so clients can live at home while participating in treatment. This option is for those who need more than a normal once-a-week therapy session, but don’t feel the need or desire to attend a residential treatment center. Learn more about our different outpatient program options here.

How do I get started?

Getting started is easy! Simply fill out one of our free consultation forms. You will be connected with a professional who will help determine the best course of treatment for you. Fill out one of our forms now.

Do you offer online treatment options?

Yes, we do! During your initial consultation, we will work out a plan and schedule that works best for you.

How do I know if I really need help?

If your anxiety, OCD, or depression is affecting your job, relationships, interests, or schooling then you need help.  You also may want to seek help if you feel you are holding back in reaching your goals and dreams.  Many people seek help because their situations have become desperate, but many others find help to take their success to the next level.

What does treatment cost and will my insurance cover it?

We understand that not everyone needs or can afford a full Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP). That’s why we have created a hybrid approach. You will be receiving the same benefits as an IOP, but will only spend half the time and money you would on an IOP. We do not currently accept insurance but check with your insurance about reimbursement options. Prices are discussed during the initial consultation.
