I was raised on the back of a horse and in the fields and mountains of Ogden, Utah. I love the outdoors, and anything that gets me outside.
I truly believe in the quote “The outside of a horse can do wonders for the inside of a man”. Competing in rodeo has taught me so many life lessons and I am grateful for the opportunities it has provided me. I served as the National High School Rodeo Queen and it was the experience of a lifetime. In life I have experienced periods of anxiety and depression that affected every aspect of my life. With the help and support of my family and wonderful mentors, I was able to learn how to listen to myself and face my emotions and fears, and now I am strong, confident and capable of dealing with whatever comes my way. Helping others is something I am very passionate about, now I am able to be part of this amazing team where I can contribute and help guide others who are on their own journey through various aspects of life and mental health.
I am currently attending Weber State University where I will graduate next spring with a degree in Psychological Science and a minor in Neuroscience. I am currently enrolled in the Harvard Medical School Life Coach and Wellness course and will receive my certification in June.
